Cally-Ann Callaghan is a West End performer, proudly represented by Michelle Blair Management. A distinguished alumna of Emil Dale Academy, she graduated in 2023 with a BA (Hons) Degree in Musical Theatre, achieving First Class Honours.

 

Cally-Ann began her professional career at a young age, performing in leading roles in the West End, including Alice in Matilda the Musical (2012, Cambridge Theatre) and Margaret Gormley in Billy Elliot the Musical (2014, Victoria Palace Theatre). She also appeared as a Featured Singer in The Magic of Animation 2 In Concert (2019, Cadogan Hall), alongside early screen work as a child performer for Disney+ (2015).

 

Since graduating, she has continued to build a diverse performance career, with credits including Linda in The Wedding Singer (The Factory Playhouse), Dance Captain in The Night of the Musicals (The Pleasance Theatre), and Dance Captain and Principal Understudy (Princess Jasmine & Spirit of the Ring) in Aladdin (The Lighthouse Theatre).

 

Alongside performing, Cally-Ann is developing her choreographic voice. Her credits include Co-Choreographer for The Night of the Musicals (2023, The Pleasance Theatre) and Assistant Choreographer for Bring It On (2024, G Live Theatre). She was part of the creative team for the new 80s musical, "Boy Meets Girl?", which premiered at The Other Palace Theatre in April 2025.

 

Cally-Ann also brings extensive teaching experience across the UK. She previously served as Head of Acting at Theatretrain (2021–2022) and has worked with organisations including Stagecoach Worldwide. She currently teaches Drama (LAMDA) and Musical Theatre at Limepalm Productions, where she is launching new Musical Theatre clubs and LAMDA groups in September.

Her teaching background also includes three years delivering commercial and jazz dance at Walkhouse & Gielgud School of Performing Arts, alongside cover teaching for Underwired, Prepare2Perform, and Create Space Studios. Earlier in her career, she taught at Hurst Stage at Hurstpierpoint College, in 2024.

 

In 2026, Cally-Ann was invited to work as a Guest Teacher for I-PATH Talent Agency, leading an audition workshop for agency clients. She also brings audition panel experience, having been part of the Emil Dale Academy audition team in Edinburgh in 2024.
